Do you know who has developed the search engine? The developer of the suspicious tool is unknown and you should be highly suspicious about this. Authentic, reliable and well-wishing companies would never hide themselves, and so it is fair to consider that it is cyber criminals who stand behind. Needless to say, there is not a point in your virtual life that you should trust schemers because they are willing to do whatever it takes to make as much money as possible. So, what clandestine tricks can they employ using the suspicious search provider?

Have you been routed to involuntarily? Was the default search engine offered to you when downloading freeware? Even though usually it is your own option to choose the default search provider it does not mean that does not involve malicious intentions.
