XportSoft Toolbar is a potentially unwanted application, dangling on the edge of being a malicious plug-in. It is associated with the infamous Conduit Ltd., and this alone gives a good enough reason not to trust it and remove XportSoft Toolbar. This plug-in is compatible with all the major browsers and uses a whole lot of other add-ons to “enhance” your browsing experience.

Needless to say, it is a tad too intrusive and impractical to be able to enhance anything. Plus, with their comfortably flexible Privacy Policy and EULA you cannot be sure they will guarantee the security you would like. The toolbar is associated with various third parties and that always makes for a hassle, as they require you to be familiar with different policies instead of making sure themselves that their partners are trustworthy.

If you have installed XportSoft Toolbar yourself, you have probably installed other programs with it, too, such as PasswordBox, TuneUp Utilities 2013 and possibly others, depending on where you downloaded the said plug-in. However, if you do not recall specifically installing it, it may be because it was a drive-by download.

A lot of programs are distributed that way, as user usually rush through the installation process and do not take the time needed to double check what they are getting. While such practices are not illegal, as technically they still ask for your consent, it is pretty apparent that the program is not good enough to be sought out by the users and has to be pushed with such techniques. It is doubtful that you should want such a program in your computer, so it is a good option to simply delete XportSoft Toolbar.

So what does this add-on do when it is already in? It begins acting as such programs usually do: changes your homepage, enables third-party extensions, changes your search provider. Simply said, it begins littering your browsing experience with over-the-top apps and services that become a nuisance instead of enhancement.

Fortunately, it is a relatively uncomplicated task to remove XportSoft Toolbar. You can simply delete all the unwanted programs and extensions following the simple instructions below. After that, it is advisable that you use the free scan SpyHunter provides to make sure you got all of the unwanted applications and that your system does not need any further fixing.
