  7. Locate svc-{random symbols).exe and delete it.

  9. Launch RUN/select Search and enter regedit. Tap Enter.
  10. Follow this path HKEY_CURRECT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon .
  11. Right-click on the Shell and then select Modify.
  12. Type %WinDir%\Explorer.exe for Value and click OK.
  13. Visit and download the recommended tool.
