Uninstall Wind Browser via Control Panel

Windows 10

1. Type Control Panel in the search bar located on the Taskbar.
2. Go to Uninstall a program.
3. Find the browser and double-click on it.
4. Uninstall.

Windows 8 & 8.1

1. Right-click on the Windows logo and click Programs and Features.

Windows Vista & 7

How to get rid of the leftover files

1. Simultaneously press Windows Key+E.
2. Enter the paths in the address box and Delete the folders from the following locations:

• %LOCALAPPDATA%\Wind\Application.
• %LOCALAPPDATA%\Wind\User Data.
• %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Wind\Application.
• %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Wind\User Data.

3. Delete the following folders ONLY if you have found and got rid of the previous folders:

• %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Wind.
• %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Wind.
• %USERPROFILE%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Wind.
• %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Wind.
• %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Wind.

Delete the leftover Windows Registry values

1. Simultaneously press Windows Key+R.
2. Type regedit in the box and click OK.
3. Find and Delete the values or value data as stated next to the directory.

• Key Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.
  KEY: Wind (erase this Key ONLY if main folders in %LOCALAPPDATA% were found.)
• Key Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software.
  KEY: Wind (erase this Key ONLY if main folders in %LOCALAPPDATA% were found.)
