Remove the toolbar manually

Windows 8 or Windows 8.1

  1. Simultaneously press the Windows key + S.

Google Chrome

  6. Go to General and restore your homepage.
  7. Restart your browser.

Internet Explorer

  1. Tap the Alt key and select Tools.
  2. Go to Internet Options.
  3. Change your homepage and click OK.
  4. Go back to Tools and select Manage Add-ons.
  5. Go to Search Provider.
  6. Remove the unwanted search engine.
