Therefore, if you want to delete the ransomware you actually need to remove a Trojan. Delete Polícia de Segurança Pública Portuguese Virus

Windows 8:

1. Launch a browser from the Metro UI start screen (tap the Windows key to access it).
2. Type http://www.411-spyware.com/download-sph into the address box at the bottom of the page.
3. Press Enter and install the automatic malware removal tool SpyHunter.
4. Once the application detects and removes running infections, restart the PC.

Windows Vista and Windows 7:

1. Restart the PC and start tapping F8 immediately after BIOS loads up.
2. Using arrow keys select Safe Mode with Networking and tap Enter.
3. Download automatic malware removal software from http://www.411-spyware.com/download-sph .
4. Install the tool, perform a full system scan and delete found infections.

Windows XP:

1. Once you restart the PC, wait for BIOS screen to disappear and start tapping F8.
2. Use arrow keys to navigate to Safe Mode with Networking and tap Enter.
3. Click YES on the appeared Desktop alert.
4. Download the automatic malware removal tool SpyHunter.
5. Open the Start menu and launch RUN.
6. Type msconfig and click OK to open the System Configuration Utility.
7. Click on the Startup tab and select Disable All. Click OK.
8. Restart the computer in a normal manner.
9. Install the malware removal application to delete the Trojan and the ransomware.
