If your browser home page is changed into and you see that your search results are redirected to some irrelevant websites you should immediately remove Redirect. The new home page may contain pop-up messages, for instance, saying that you have received a message. If you click on the message, you may be redirected to a website asking you to enter your personal details in order to receive your prize. Moreover, while using the search engine, you will find some ads. It will be links supposedly related to your search results. It may be, which is aimed at helping you find different websites, or any other domain.

The first thing you should do to remove Redirect is access Windows Control Panel and uninstall it:

In order to remove Redirect from the browsers, follow these guidelines:

Google Chrome:

  1. Open the browser and click on the Customize or control Google Chrome button (In other versions you will find a wrench icon or gear icon).
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Click on Extensions.
  4. Select the add-on and remove it.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Click on Tools - > Add-ons.
  3. Select the unwanted add-on and remove it.

Internet Explorer:

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Go to Tools - > Manage Add-ons.
  3. Click on the add-on and disable it. Press OK to confirm.
