How to remove from your PC

  7. Select a registry key called {2857E254-A81C-4009-8442-979C69F9E16B} and tap Delete on your keyboard.
  8. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.
  9. Select a registry key called {28e56cfb-e30e-4f66-85d8-339885b726b8} and tap Delete on your keyboard.
  10. Open your File Explorer.
  11. Go to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming.
  12. Delete a folder entitled {28e56cfb-e30e-4f66-85d8-339885b726b8}.
  13. Go to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default.
  14. Delete files entitled Preferences, Secure Preferences, and Web Data.
  15. Navigate to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<unique Mozilla profile ID>.
  16. Locate and then delete a file called prefs.js.
  17. Right-click your Recycle Bin and select Empty Recycle Bin.
