Internet Explorer

  1. Press Win+R and the Run prompt will open.
  2. Type regedit into the Open box. Click OK.
  3. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main.
  4. Right-click the Start page value on the right. Choose Modify.
  5. Replace the startup page address and press OK.
  6. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes\{0633EE93-D776-472f-A0FF-E1416B8B2E3A}.
  7. Change these values on the right:

  2. Navigate to Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[Unique Mozilla User ID].
  3. Find and open the prefs.js file.
  4. Delete this string from the file: user_pref("browser.startup.homepage", "");
  5. Save changes and close the file.

  2. Type %LocalAppData% into the Open box and click OK.
  3. Open Google\Chrome\User Data\Default.
  4. Delete the Preferences, Secure Preferences, and Web Data files.
