Google Chrome:

  2. Remove the unwanted add-on.
  3. Click on the Firefox button, go to Help - > Troubleshooting Information.
  4. Click on Reset Firefox and then press Finish.

Internet Explorer:

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Press and hold the Alt key and then press T.
  3. Select Manage Add-ons and when a new window appears, click on Toolbars and Extensions.
  4. Click on the unwanted add-on and disable it.
  5. Go to the left side menu in the window and click on Search Providers.
  6. Select and click on the Remove button.
  7. Press the combination Alt+T and go to Internet Options.
  8. In the General tab, change the home page and press Apply.
