4. In the pane on the left go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStorage\ or HKEY_CURRENT_USER_Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStorage\ (check both paths).
5. Right-click and Delete the entries whose names represent MentorFamily.
