IncreaseApp is a newcomer in the Multiplug family of adware. If you are infected with this ad-supported application, you need to learn what kind of threats you might face until you decide to get rid of it. IncreaseApp poses multiple security threats for your system. Cyber criminals have sophisticated methods to exploit adware and trick you into clicking on their ads. But once you do, you might easily find yourself on a corrupted website. What’s more, if IncreaseApp has sneaked onto your system, there is a good chance you also have other infections to worry about. If you want to eliminate the potential threats, we suggest that you remove IncreaseApp from your PC before you lose more than just a clear screen due to the annoying third-party ads it displays.

IncreaseApp is a semi-random name adware, which means that it can change the letters and the capitalization in its name randomly. Therefore, do not be surprised if it appears as IiNnCReEaseapP or anything similar in the list of installed programs in Control Panel. This adware is only available via shareware bundles by third-party installers, such as InstallRex and Amonetize. IncreaseApp is known to come with other malware infections, including EZDownloader, Websearch.searchfix.info, and mystartsearch.com. If IncreaseApp is on your computer, it is most likely that your browsers are hijacked by one of the latter two. If you do not delete IncreaseApp now, your problems might multiply in a short time. Having adware and browser hijackers on your system is like sitting on a ticking time bomb.

IncreaseApp is built on the JustPlugIt engine, just like hundreds of other members from this family, including MyDealBox and DealMine, which we have covered recently. These adware applications have one main goal: to make you click on their ads. They generate money through the pay-per-click system. In order to provide you with advertisements you may be likely to click on, IncreaseApp gathers and records all kinds of data about your browsing habits. Based on this information, third-parties can prepare targeted ads for you and potentially embed links that might take you to infected websites. The only way you can protect yourself from this kind of danger is to remove IncreaseApp right now. Keep that in mind, too, that schemers might lure you through these ads to their websites, where you might fall prey to an online marketing scam or some other fraud that targets your wallet. If you do not want to risk any of these, you need to act ASAP.

It requires more than just uninstalling via Control Panel to remove IncreaseApp completely. You also need to manually clear the extensions from Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. It is not rocket science, but you need to follow the instructions below to be successful. However, since IncreaseApp may not be the only infection on your system, we advise you to apply a reliable malware removal tool to detect and delete all threats that are present on your computer.
