Remove from Windows 8:

Remove from Windows Vista or Windows 7:

  4. Select Uninstall.

Remove from Windows 8:

  1. Open the Start menu located on the left of the Task Bar.
  2. Open Control Panel to find the list of Windows utilities.
  3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  4. Find the unwanted program and select Remove.

Delete undesirable search tools

Delete from Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and simultaneously tap Alt+F and click Settings.
  2. Select Open a specific page or set of pages and click Set pages.
  3. Replace/remove (X) the displayed URL and then click OK.
  4. Go to Appearance, click Change and repeat step 3.
  5. Locate the drop-down menu under Search and select a new search provider.
  6. Click Manage search engines and remove (click X) the undesirable search provider. Click OK.

Delete from Internet Explorer:

  1. Open IE and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
  2. Click Manage Add-ons and from the menu on the left select Search Providers.
  3. Click the undesirable provider, select Remove and hit Close.
  4. Once again tap Alt+T but this time select Internet Options.
  5. Click the General tab and navigate to the Home Page.
  6. Overwrite/remove the presented URL and click OK.

Delete from Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox, locate the search box and click the drop-down menu icon.
  2. Select Manage Search Engines.
  3. Click the undesirable search provider and select Remove. Hit OK.
  4. On the keyboard simultaneously tap Alt+T.
  5. Select Options and move to the Home Page.
  6. Change/delete the undesirable URL and click OK.
