If your Internet browsers have been hijacked by the suspicious Searchzone.com, there is only one thing you need to do – delete the existing infection. The clandestine redirect virus can enter your personal computer through various security vulnerabilities starting with spam email attachments and ending with bundled downloads. If your operating Windows system is not protected by authentic security tools which could shield your virtual security or remove attacking infections, soon enough you could discover the home page and the search engine of existing Internet browsers changed without your consent. If this happens, you should delete Searchzone.com hijacker right away because it could expose Windows security vulnerabilities to other infections, if this has not happened already.

The website is presented as a search engine which supposedly allows you to browse the web through the search bar or using such Related Searches as Free Public Records, Arrest Records, Criminal Records or Adoption Records. If you perform these actions, you are introduced to the Search Results; however, the top of the page is dedicated to Sponsored Listings. You should not click on the provided sponsored search results or the presented advertisements because this could lead to the infiltration of various HTTP cookies. Note that some of them could be set to record your browsing sessions or even steal login data. Here is what the Privacy Policy of the developer (NA Media) discloses:

Our advertising providers, and the sites displayed as search results or linked to by the NA MEDIA® service may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information.

Certain advertisements could trick you into installing bogus software or even malware and wasting your money on fictitiously beneficial products. If you wish to avoid this devious activity, you need to remove Searchzone.com redirect virus without further delay. If you are 100% sure that your PC is not infected by other malicious programs and you know how to operate manual removal tasks – continue manually. However, we recommend using automatic spyware detection and removal software to remove the threat.
