Constant Fun might seem like a fun program, but in reality it is annoying and harmful. It is a typical adware program that will display various ads, pop-ups and shopping offers. At first you might mistake Constant Fun for a useful program. However, you must be aware that if you click on these ads you will be redirected to third party websites and it could lead into downloading more adware or other malicious software. There are no reasons to keep it on your PC, so you should remove this adware at once.

Constant Fun comes from the Superweb family, and it is a clone of such programs as High Stairs, Wander Burst, Blazer Deals, and others. On its official site you can find End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you read these documents carefully you will see that this adware takes no responsibility for the third party ads. Also, in Privacy Policy it clearly says, that “When using the Software, various types of individual user information is collected, stored, shared with other parties… and sold for business and marketing purposes…” So obviously it will collect your private information and you will not have any control on how it will be used.

This adware will also install an extension for major browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer), that will collect information about your browsing habits so it could display customized ads for you. This program benefits from your clicks as they generate revenue for its creators. Most of the pup-ups will contain various sales and other cheap deals. Because they show you shopping offers based on your recent web search, these pop-ups might look harmless and useful to you. It cannot force you to click on them, but since they look like a good way to save money, you might be tempted to. It would be a bad idea as you could be redirected to unreliable websites and your computer could be exposed to threats. What’s more, we noticed that some of the pop-ups look like notifications, which inform you about missing or outdated Windows drivers. However, these notifications are not from your system as it clearly says “Constant Fun Ads”. There is a good chance that by clicking those pop-ups you will end up with PUP or even more dangerous malware on your computer.

As there is no download link on its website, there is a high chance that you downloaded this adware without realizing it. Constant Fun, like its previous clones, comes bundled with other freeware programs. It settles on your computer in Program files and Temporary files folders. If you check the files in those folders you will see that they look suspicious as they have random names like 7c7454d5-8182-45ed-8777-20148fb0e5b7.dll. What’s more, if you check their Digital Signatures, you will notice that they are signed by Thrill Bill. Perhaps it does not sound familiar to you, but Thrill Bill is known to be PUP and adware creator. Programs created by Thrill Bill are considered suspicious and harmful, so there is no reason to trust Constant Fun and leave it on your PC.

Constant Fun creates its own Registry keys and CLSIDs on your system. Second Registry entry listed below shows us that this adware can be deleted via Control Panel.
