We do not create the malware we are reporting about nor are we responsible for any software that you have found online. If you have landed in our website after performing a search on a malware that is infecting you, it does not mean that we have created it. 441-spyware.com is a website that shares information on malware removal, and we certainly do not distribute it.

Excuse me? You have chosen the wrong door knock on, because we don’t offer any. We only recommend software that can help you deal with various infections.  If you want a refund for the malware that you have “registered”, it is highly unlikely to happen. Ever. Better contact your bank and inform them that your financial information has been leaked to a third party.

I wanted to download SpyHunter, but the malware does not allow me to.

That can certainly happen, so here is what you should try to do:

  1. Open SpyHunter folder;
  2. Find a pctsGui file and rename it. The new title can be absolutely random, because it does not matter what it is called.
  3. When you double-click the file, SpyHunter should load just fine.
  4. If you have any shortcuts on your desktop or in start menu, change them so that they would lead to the renamed file.

The malware’s still there even though I registered my copy of SpyHunter.

The cunning thing about malware is that it really resembles viruses in a sense that it constantly changes and reinvents itself into something new and more dangerous. Antimalware programs have to be constantly updated in order for them to keep up with all the new malware that keeps popping up.

If you want your SpyHunter to be up-to-date with the malware that is infecting you, here is what you have to do:

  1. When you open SpyHunter, click on Help menu and find the About tab. Check whether you have the latest version of the program.
  2. Delete temporary internet files. Use Google to figure out how to perform this on your browser.
  3. Reboot your computer in Safe Mode with Networking and run a full system scan with SpyHunter. If the program finds any infections, get rid of them.
  4. Restart your computer again and load in the Normal Mode. Everything should be alright now.
