Followed instructions; entered explorer.exe it came up briefly and then the window returned to display ICSPA page.

Now what can I do?

Try doing this:

1. Download SpyHunter to USB key or CD/DVD
1. Restart your PC and start pressing F8 key after BIOS screen.
2. Using arrow keys and select “Safe Mode With Command Prompt” and press ENTER
3. You will see Command prompt Window.
4. Type in explorer.exe and hit Enter. Desktop Should load.
5. Launch SpyHunter installer.
6. Restart PC

I am trying to remove ICSPA Virus and once I am able to open in Safe with Networking the Computer shuts down. What do I do? Please email me as I have not found anyone who knows how to remove this virus. THank you. Purita J
