i can't open file .jpg because in the extension .jpg had .pzmoczh that mean my picture.jpg.pzmoczh so that what can i do.
i been reinstall my windows 7 and i fix thread with spy hunter 4, but it till the same. what can i do now.

to recover ctb-locker encrypted files remove infected hdd and connect it to a linux running machine, you should be able to recover all your files. do not move infected files around.

Desperately hoping for a quick reply to this. When I follow the steps in the registry, there is no system security value. I figured that I had somehow deleted it previously so i continued with the steps. When I went to delete the .exe file stored in my roaming folder, I couldn't find it. Does this mean that for some reason the virus is no longer on my computer? Or does the .exe file not show up because I didn't delete the system security value in the registry?
