		<description>The variant of this I got hit with on 9/15/09 had a DLL called iehelpmod.dll  located in C:\windows\system32  and it was an Add-On in IE, which made it look quite legit.  Problem was that even though I did everything in this list I was still getting the annoying as hell pop ups, until I uncovered and deleted this file.  I would like to find out who the scum bags are that created this thing and invite them to a &quot;Fried Green Tomatos&quot;  style dinner in South Georgia......</description>
