SafePCTool is even more rogue registry cleaner software, and may be a clone of Clean PC Tool. You might have downloaded SafePCTool from CleanPCTool.com, or a Trojan installed SafePCTool onto your system as an early birthday present. SafePCTool probably runs exaggerated error scans and pops up fake error alerts to try to trick you into buying SafePCTool for about $30. Besides trying to scam you, SafePCTool can slow down your computer.

Unless you like getting ripped off, delete SafePCTool.
