If you make the mistake of clicking OK, you get another Doctor-Antivirus.com popup:

Please select “RUN” or “OPEN” when prompted to start the installation.
This file has been digitally signed and independently certified as 100% free of viruses, adware and spyware.

Doctor-Antivirus.com runs a fake scan on its web page, tells you you’re infected with imaginary threats, and prompts you to download Doctor-Antivirus.com.

This is the point at which I usually want to throw my PC out the window.
