It's driving me crazy and I'm ready to pull out my hair. This stupid thing disabled almost everything: the internet, my AVG, superantispyware, etc. I can't go into safe mode. I can't even go into add/remove programs. I want to scream so bad. I don't want to lose my files, my pictures, my itunes, etc. I'm not a computer whiz, so please put it into nice simple, VERY detailed steps. I've spent the last couple hours reading through this website and every single comment made and none of these things work for me! I have no folder named app. data and I can't right click the shield icon. I've searched through my folders for the 8 digit number file to no avail, when I search for 'System Security' alot of files come up but none of them seem suspicious and I don't want to delete anything I need by accident. When I try to system restore (even in safe mode) for some reason no dates come up for me to go back to, so I'm kinda stuck in the present on this thing. I've tried to run a full PC recovery and that doesnt work, it just reboots my computer and the virus comes back. If anyone has any new info that may help it would be much appreciated!
