I just got rid of spyware protect 2009 . But my browsers were still blocked. I ran a hijackthis scan and found this entry:
“HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{22E235F6-3776-4F41-9CD7-AF722B68C258}: NameServer = 77.74.48.113″
I deleted the entries (yes more than 1) and my browsers were restored to full function again. Just something to look for
