SpyHeal is a rogue anti-spyware program that may install itself onto your computer without your permission, through security holes in Internet Explorer. SpyHeal may not really detect and remove spyware parasites from your computer, but may issue false alerts to try to trick you into buying the “full version” of SpyHeal. SpyHeal may damage your PC. SpyHeal is similar to but more dangerous than other trojans/rogue anti-spyware programs, such as SpySheriff, Spyware Soft Stop, SpyFalcon and SpywareQuake.




Mirar is adware that may download and install itself on your computer as an Internet Explorer toolbar. Mirar may track what websites you visit and your search queries so that it may launch targeted pop up ads and other advertisements at you while you browse the internet. Mirar may hide from you and secretly update itself on your computer without your permission. Because of this, Mirar toolbar is often hard to uninstall or remove. Mirar toolbar may install SaveNow adware on your computer as well.
SpyContra is a rogue anti-spyware program that may install itself onto your computer without your permission. SpyContra may hijack your computer’s desktop and may issue alerts and warnings about threats to try to lure you into buying the full version of SpyContra. SpyContra may be related to other trojans/rogue anti-spyware programs, such as
SurfSideKick is adware that may install and automatically update itself on your PC without your permission. SurfSideKick may launch popup ads while you are online and even when you are not surfing the internet. SurfSideKick may also secretly change your Internet and web browser setting. SurfSideKick may install web browser hijacker URLSearchHook, which can redirect your searches online. SurfSideKick may come bundled with other malware and spyware.
Spyware Quake may pretend to be legitimate software for removal of spyware, but Spyware Quake may actually be installed by a trojan. Spyware Quake may attempt to trick you into buying the program via pop-up fake alerts that resemble system alerts. The trojan may be able to change Internet Explorer’s default home page and redirect your web browser to harmful web sites.
