ProAntispy is more rogue anti-spyware. You might have caught ProAntispy from a trojan. How do you know if you have ProAntispy? A bajillion of ProAntispy popups try to trick you into clicking them. Some of these gems include messages like, “Warning! Your PC is in danger of severe system security threats. Spyware may cause permanent damage to your computer. You need to register ProAntiSpy to secure your computer, continue? (Recommended).” If you click these popups, you’re taken to ProAntispy.com for an exaggerated “security” scan that’ll try to scare you into buying the “full” version of ProAntispy, for $39.95-79.95.
Unless you like wasting money (and even then, there’s always Vegas), uninstall ProAntispy.
