VSToolbar is an Internet Explorer toolbar that may add links and icons to your browser and change your browser settings. VSolutions - VS Toolbar’s publisher - state in their privacy policy that VSToolbar does not track your search terms or other activity, but VSToolbar may be installed without your knowledge or conset. VSToolbar is also known VSolutions Toolbar.
