i’ve tried removing it with McAfee Security but it didn’t work. My internet no longer works for some reason. Whenever i try to open Firefox/IE/Safari, the displays the page that says the page can’t load.

I received the Win32/adware virtumonde virus last week and the only program able to remove and restore my computer is:

Malwarebytes

PS: I was using Eset Smart Security when I receive the virus and when I asked for help I was given none and was ignored. They have a bad product and poor customer service.

My NOD32 was detected 3 Win32/Adware.Virtumonde applications in my computer. He has deleted them. NOD32 is the KING!

MY antivirus Nod 32 detects a dll as that virus but it is not relationated with what appears here. It creates me a Process Called IExplore from the system and i am not using internet i search what Process or Service is using that DLL and it says that Explorer.exe is using that DLL I cant erase it cause it say a program or an user is using that file ….

Thought i had win32/adware.virtumonde on my system, but after system scans nothing turned up. But my system freezes up after awhile at start up, this happened when / just about the same time the pop up warning about being infected by virtumonde.

What could be the reason (s) and possible solution (s)
