Problem fixed and it was actually easy! My IT team at work had me download Malwarebytes to a USB device on another computer; start up in Safe Mode; install the software, run the software and restart my computer. Wa, la -- all better! I tried all the suggestions and nothing worked other than this! Good luck! YEA! Problem fixed and it was actually easy!
