Hi Donna,
have you checked the file properties? Right-click and select Properties, then check to see if it's read-only. You may have to be logged in as Administrator on your PC. Also, if you have a paid subscription for Spyhunter, you can get help by opening a support ticket: http://www.enigmasoftware.com/customer_ticket/
They're open 24/7, and you can usually count on an answer within 48 hours there.
Best of luck!

I Installed Spyhunter and it removed many things but was unable to remove " brastk.exe". I did a search of files and found that particular file in my documents and settings but it will not let me
delete or remove it. At the end of the scan with Spyhunter it tells me there is one file that cannot be removed and asks do you want it removed on reboot, but when it reboots it is stll there.
Is there a easy way to remove that one file?

Hi Judi. Parasites have a nasy habit of messing with Antivirus and antispyware software. When you boot your computer, hold down F8 and when prompted, go into safe mode which will stop the parasite from loading. Run your scanners and delete the files there. Failing that, click yes when asked if you want to do a system restore and go to a point before you got infected. The files will still be there but you should be able to delete them. Tell us how you get on.
