		<description>It&#039;s a lot easier than described above.

The programme will probably not be listed under the add/remove programmes section under Control Panel.  However, just click on &#039;All Programmes&#039; in the Start Menu and there will be something you might not recognise.  Click on it and it will give you the full name of the programme.  It will probably give you the option of &#039;Uninstall&#039;, but then it won&#039;t let you - the Uninstall option will be frozen on the screen.  It won&#039;t let you close down your PC either...so switch it off using the main PC on/off switch.  Sweitch it on again and click on Start and then Search.  Select &#039;All Files and Folders&#039; and type in the name (or part of it) of the programme.  Delete all the files that come up (ignoring any pleas or threats).  Also then delete from your Recycle Box.  GONE!!..or &quot;Bob&#039;s your Uncle&quot; as they say in the UK!!.</description>
