I was attacked today.. Only with alt+F4 e could disable the virus and the windows that it opens.. Then I installed the revo unistall and remove the thing... But it wasn't enough... It was necessary to put avast and spyware terminator doing a scan to the disk to remove... I also find a folder with the virus with a name that was only numbers in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users and I deleted it... I think that it's all ok now... It worked for about 2 days, not long enough for me to have time to fine tune the system, my fault. Now, I can't even get XP to boot up. It goes to where the ALT-CLT-DEL screen should appear, then it turns off and reboots. Can ANYONE tell me how to clean the registry by using a win98 boot disk for XP??????
