SavingsCool might have been introduced to you in a highly attractive manner, but, in reality, this app is not as beneficial and reliable as you think. In fact, our malware research team strongly recommends removing this suspicious program immediately. Although this strange app might display seemingly legitimate and authentic shopping coupons and other types of offers, interacting with them could be dangerous. Do you want to put your own virtual security at risk just because of the possibility to save a few bucks? We are sure that you do not, which is why we have analyzed the application and created this report, which also includes a removal guide. If you do not trust our advice to delete SavingsCool, you should look at the facts, which we discuss in the report. Also, please take note of any questions because you can post them in the comments section below.

The distribution of SavingsCool is quite mysterious. This suspicious app does not have an official website (it could have been promoted via savings.cool in the past, but it no longer works), which leaves third-party installers. The chances are that you have downloaded the program packaged with other unfamiliar, potentially malicious programs. Are you sure that they are harmless? Are you sure that you have not let in malware without realizing it? Malicious installers look just like regular installers, but they can slip in unreliable software without any warning, which is why you have to be vigilant. We advise installing a legitimate malware scanner (click the Download link below) to help you inspect your PC and figure out if other threats have found their way into your operating system. Obviously, if you detect more dangerous infections, you should focus on them first. The removal of SavingsCool can wait.

When SavingsCool enters your operating system, it runs a service called “wcmasc.exe (32bit),” which is the same kind of service that MySafeSavings adware uses. This service is responsible for displaying advertisements, which is why we classify this software as adware. If you do not remove SavingsCool from your operating system, you will keep seeing ads, and that is not only irritating but also dangerous. It is not known who could employ this adware to showcase their offers, and, considering that there are plenty of unreliable and mischievous advertisers, we have to warn you that the ads shown to you could be misleading. We do not claim that all ads shown to you are unreliable and dangerous, but how can you tell the difference? Our malware researchers strongly advise deleting suspicious programs capable of displaying unpredictable advertisements. If you have already interacted with these ads, check if maybe you have downloaded unreliable software or if you have put your virtual security in any danger.

As you might have figured out yourself, the uninstaller for SavingsCool does not work. In fact, the removal of this advertising-supported program requires you to perform quite a few steps. First of all, you need to terminate the service that enables the advertisements. Then, you need to delete the files of this adware. Finally, you need to erase Registry keys. If you are not experienced, these tasks might be quite daunting, but we are sure that most users will be able to handle the removal of this adware manually. Another option would be using anti-malware software, which you should be particularly interested in if your operating system is infected with other threats, and if you want to protect your PC against malware in the future. Even if you decide to get rid of SavingsCool manually, you must think about reliable protection; otherwise, you might face more serious threats soon enough.
