Quicky Translator is a program that falls into the category of malware because of numerous bad activities it performs when it enters systems. Even though Quicky Translator is known to be a malicious application, it has an official website (quickytranslator.com) and it also seems that it can be downloaded from there rather easily. People usually download this threat because it advertises itself as a program that can help to translate different texts easily and quickly. Of course, they can detect Quicky Translator on their systems too even though they do not download this program themselves. Have you detected it too? If so, get rid of Quicky Translator as soon as possible. You have to do that in order to be able to surf the web freely again and use your PC without any interruptions. As it might not be very easy to get rid of Quicky Translator, we are going to help you with the deletion of this program further in this article.

Quicky Translator will immediately change your Proxy settings in order to make it impossible to open web pages and surf the Internet. If you try to open any kind of website, you will get a message that “there is a .net frame work file missing due to some harmful virus.” You will be suggested to contact a toll-free helpline by phone but you should definitely not do that because the given number might be a premium rate number and you might even be asked to tell your personal information – it will be used for bad purposes later on. Specialists have also noticed that you might start seeing “Notice” pop-ups on your desktop claiming that your “copy of Windows did not pass genuine validation.” Of course, you will be asked to call a particular number again. Quicky Translator will not only show warning messages and block browsers, but it might also connect to the Internet without permission. In addition, it will start with Windows, so the system restart will not help you to eliminate Quicky Translator.

The official website of Quicky Translator exists but we do not think that you have downloaded this threat yourself. We are almost sure about that because this program usually travels bundled with other suspicious programs and tend to enter systems unnoticed. As other unreliable programs might have been installed alongside Quicky Translator, you should find out whether it is true or not as soon as possible. Then, erase all the undesirable programs which you have detected on your PC. An automatic malware remover can help you to do that.

Quicky Translator has an uninstall in Control Panel and you can delete it from there; however, you should know that it will still leave its files on your computer, which means that it might perform activities behind your back. As Quicky Translator changes Proxy Settings, you will have to restore them too. We have provided the instructions to help you do that; however, if you are a less experienced user, you should simply scan your system with SpyHunter. It will do all the work for you and will keep your system clean in the future.
