i cant follow the directions given :( it keeps giving me this infection crap and wont let me open anything i cant access the internet, i cant open files, i cant even adjust the volume… help please

When I ty to end Internet Antivirus Pro processes, they show up again. I have tried it few times.

I have tried your stuff step by step and when I seach for the Anti-Virus Pro Files it can’t find them. what do I do?

I just got Antivirus Pro and first ran my Norton anti virus scan as it did not show seeing a virus. It did not delete the virus.

I ran my Webroot Spy Sweeper software and it caught and deleted the Antivirus Pro. It saw it as being an unauthorized advertisement and quarantined it.

Guess that is why Norton didn’t see it as a virus.

I am following your directions to the tee but when I found the files and tried to delete I received a message saying “Cannot delete access is denied” and Cannot delete Cannot read from the source file AND Cannot delete: Make sure the disk is not full or write protected or that the file is not in use. What can I do

A pop up offering a FREE download of anti virus called…..internet antivirus PRO was activated by me and in doing so I allowed this worm in which is busy blocking my access to the internet and switching my computor off while in use ! It is playing havoc with my laptop and I understand I need to have the computor ” cleaned ” and a bona fidi spyware programme needs to be purchased……the round trip is over R2000 !!

My girlfriend recently had problems with this and after some searching around i remembered Spybot-search and destroy, which is shareware and free (although they do need donations to exist and their existence is a bit of a comfort at times like this). I’m happy to report that apart from a few files that she had to delete manually Spybot took care of the problem for her.
