When my system has crashed in the past, it would take DAYS of agonizing work to reinstall all the programs and settings - and then I'd always lose some info in the process. I know Enigma's Spyhunter is a good program and has excellent customer support - but just a little patience may be needed to let them catch up with the ever-growing list of parasites. Oh well, just my 2 cnts worth... I can’t believe someone would kill and rebuild their whole computer instead of waiting 48 hours for a response. You have to download a free program, then log on in safe mode, run the program, and BAM!! it's gone! I did it. It's all good and it took all of 3 minutes. So far so good.
