Hi Emi. The files are in use so Windows wont let you delete them. Boot into safe mode by holding F8 when your computer boots and select safe mode. Only core Windows services are loaded in safe mode so you can delete the files there.

i know i must be being annoying.. but they pulled a new one on me… “cannot delete server, directory is not empty.

i have a problem… i have microsoft 2000 and i have found the master antivirus files in “my network places.” when i attempt to delete these, my computer tells me it is simply impossible. HELP!!!!
