  3. drivecleaner is a pain.

    It appears to be hosted by a company called McColo ( http://www.mccolo.com ), which hosts a lot of Russian sites. They, drivecleaner, uses a range of IP addresses, but the one I’ve found most often is 208.66.195.202.
