Just uninstall it!
1. Go to Control Panels.
2. Select Programs.
3. Select Registry Defender.
4. Select Uninstall or Change.
5. Uninstall.
6. Their page will pop up giving you some dire warnings about your registry needing their help. Just ignore it and close the window.
Done!

This thing is bad for me. I have tried meny times to take it out through the control panel and also serch. How do I get it out? I need help.

I JUST WANT TO JOIN THE GROUP OF THE “Ripped Off” Club. I was foolish and downloaded this garbage thinking it would fix my Cakewalk Home Recording Studio software program “errors”. It didn’t but IT DOES LEAVE AN UNKNOWN SPYWARE PROGRAM that automatically deducts from your credit card every year, without your knowledge! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM! I’m screwed, I just don’t want to see anybody else get it. YOU WILL NEVER GET IT OFF YOUR SYSTEM!

Hi,
Since Registry Defender scamed its way into my computer and it did the free bit without i realizing it, my computer is now so slow that I am at a standstill. I have Mcafee Spi ware and they are no help for this program. It is sad what some crooks do. Must be from Chicago area.

I am SOOOO sick of this so called “company”….I was stupid to use this last year cuz it did NOTHING for my computer and now this year, they automatically enrolled me again for 29.99 and you can NOT get thru to anyone! I have sent many emails, called, left messages…NOTHING! I am in the process of disputing this crap with my bank and hope these people get SHUT DOWN so that no one else has to suffer thru their bullcrap! If you need REAL, FREE help go to geekstogo.com and they are wonderful. I used them and my computer was like new again, probably ran better than it ever did before :)

To all the people requesting their money back:

1.- This is NOT the website for Registry Defender, so stop acting like you are entitled to some special treatment.

2.- You’ve been scammed. Sorry.

3.- Do you seriously think that the makers of a program that only slows down your computer have enough of a conscience that will make them give you your money back, just because you post a complaint online? Get real!

4.-Dispute the charge with your card, if they can help you.

5.- As painful as it is, live and learn.

6.- I don’t work for registry Defender. They suck and are nothing but scammers. Learn and grow, dudes.

I habe tried to contact this co. to cancel,and
all I get is a recording. It has really messed up my pc. The registration key they sent
would let me in. All I want now is to get rid
of it. Please give my money back and let me get rid of these annoying popups.
