I received the North West zip. I foolishly opened it because I thought it was the airline part of our vacation package that I had ordered. I had also been on Expedia looking at many options and I was concerned that I had inadvertently clicked yes on some option and ordered tickets? Now my computer does not recognize the 2 separate profiles and only allows one user at a time.

Hi, Sherry.

It's unlikely that this Trojan email is related to your legitimate ticket purchase. These emails are typically just spammed out to as many people as possible.

My husband just received the "Northwest Airlines" trojan email. Luckily, he did not open the zip but was wondering if it was legit because he had just purchased a ticket from Delta and thought this was somehow related. I do wonder if there is any relation to the two? Could his email address have been obtained from an employee at the airline?
