Thanks for putting up these instructions, I think they’ll work. But I downloaded the Spyware Doctor on another computer, everythings fine, except I don’t know how to burn the program to a CD. When I looked up how to it said I needed to pay for a CD/DVD program. WHAT DO I DO??

Hi, I have recently discovered that I too have W32.Downadup.B. I noticed my computer was getting VERY laggy and in about a minute all my applications stopped responding. I rebooted and still the same problem. So I left my computer off for a bit and came back later yesterday night and things had seemed like things were fine again. I ran a scan and I said I had this worm so I went into the folder it was in and deleted it. It was in appdata and was a .rar file which is.. weird?

Do you think I have gotten rid of it by just deleting this file?
